 The headquarters overseas, located in the capital of judicature of South Africa in Bloemfontein, is chiefly responsible for expanding the market in South Africa and the investment in industry. Since 2002 we have obtained many cooperative projects with South Africa government successively, including government purchasing from mainland, exploiting and utilizing the local resources. The oversea headquarters has greatly promoted the exploitation and utilization of resources, construction project, and the trading between China and South Africa.
